RATES (for 2008)

$ 160/night, $995/week, 2-night minimum stay

Exceptions:
July-Aug, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving:  3-night minimum

Monthly Rental Rates:
June-Sept:   $ 2,900/month
Oct-May:        2,500

Deposit:
Initial Deposit: First Night + refundable Security Deposit + Cleaning Fee

Security Deposit: $200 (refundable)
Cleaning Fee: $75

Cancellations:
Fully refundable except for first night & Cleaning Fee
... For 2-7 day rentals: if cancelled with 30 days notice
... For multi-week rentals: if cancelled with 60 days notice
... Everything refundable if we can rebook your reservation

No pets, please.
Smoking allowed outside.

PAYMENT:

Normally we ask for payment by check, as arranged with Jan Avery, our rental agent.
However, if you prefer to pay by credit card, you can click on the button below.

• For your Deposit: $160 for first night, $200 security deposit, $75 cleaning fee) and insert the total ($435) into the form.
• For your Stay: Calculate the number of nights (minus your first night) x $160, or the weekly rate, and insert into the form.
• We will refund your security deposit after your stay by check or credit card deposit, as arranged with you
• Please note that the company name that your payments will be made to is called "OakStand"
